• Go to the "Start" menu for accessing the “SQL Server Management Studio”.
• Establish a link to the SQL Server.
• Spread out the "Object Explorer" by clicking on it to unleash the server tree.
• Unleashing the "Databases" tab will aid you choose backup components. Make decisions on the databases you want to create the backup and access the "File and filegroups" to choose them.
• Go to the "Tasks" tab and release the window that holds the option "backup".
• Now opt for either "Full" or "Differential" backup.
