As of now, Xbox Live is integrated into Microsoft’s own mobile operating system Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 8.1. Discussions are on to launch Xbox Live on third party platforms.

Microsoft offers free as well as paid Xbox Live services to the users. The free service is called Xbox Live Free while the paid one is called Xbox Live Gold.
